Optimised three-wheel layout
The Tricity 125 is the only three-wheel scooter in the 125cc category and its twin leaning front wheels give you enhanced feelings of stability – especially on bends or bumpy roads. The latest model benefits from a refined LMW Ackermann steering system that gives a more natural and confident feeling when cornering.

Compact, lightweight aluminium chassis
Once you’ve experienced the Tricity 125 you’ll never want to go back to public transport! Its frame has been designed to ensure even higher levels of riding comfort, and the increased strength of the chassis gives a natural handling feeling that makes the Tricity 125 a joy to ride.

Start & Stop engine technology
For increased riding enjoyment in urban traffic, the Tricity 125 is equipped with an intelligent Start-and-Stop system. When you are stationary at traffic lights, the engine automatically stops – saving fuel and reducing emissions. As soon as you twist the throttle, the scooter starts automatically for an easy and relaxing ride – even in congested traffic.

Twin shock rear suspension
As well as being easy to use, the Tricity 125 is also one of the most comfortable scooters thanks to its rear suspension. Longer rear shock absorbers soak up the bumps for smooth and stable riding – whether you’re solo or carrying a passenger.

Front and rear disc brakes with optimised UBS
Designed with new riders in mind, the Tricity 125’s braking system is designed to produce balanced and confident stopping performance. Whenever you apply the brakes the Unified Braking System (UBS) automatically distributes the force to the front and rear disc brakes to ensure smooth and stable performance.

LCD instruments with smartphone connectivity
When you’re riding the Tricity 125, you can view real-time notifications of incoming calls, social media, emails and texts on the LCD instruments with smartphone connectivity. All you need to do to get connected is to download Yamaha’s free MyRide app to your smartphone, pair it with the scooter using the VIN and you’re connected!

Smart Key keyless operation
Tricity 125 ownership is all about comfort and convenience – and with its Smart Key keyless ignition, you’ll never have to mess around looking for keys again! As long as you have the Smart Key with you in a pocket, bag or wallet, you can get moving in seconds.

Large footboard area
With its large footboard area there’s enough space for your feet, enabling you to find the most comfortable riding position. The Tricity 125 is also equipped with passenger footrests that are easier to flip out from their folded-in position.

LED headlight with broader beam
For excellent night-time visibility, the powerful LED headlight is equipped with a redesigned reflector that gives a broader spread of light at low and high beam.

Underseat storage and front pocket
