The new TMAX is quicker, sportier and more dynamic thanks to its larger 560cc EU5-compliant engine that goes, feels and sounds better than ever. With over 6% more torque you’ll experience even quicker acceleration – and with its special balancer mechanism this lightweight 2- cylinder engine is one of the smoothest and most compact in the category.
Dynamic and aggressive body design
The latest-generation TMAX also comes with a more aggressive new look that reinforces its iconic status as Europe’s leading sport scooter. New body panels including a redesigned ‘boomerang’ side sections give a more dynamic and refined appearance – and the super sporty rear end features a new T-shaped rear light and lightweight side covers with vents.
Improved ground accessibility
Revised ergonomics ensure even higher levels of riding comfort, and the newly designed footboards give improved ground accessibility for the rider and passenger. New body panels give the TMAX a sportier and more dynamic feel – and the slimmer rear section offers easier access to the passenger footrests for a more relaxed and enjoyable ride.
Integrated LED front ashers
Newly designed front panels as well as revised ‘boomerang’ side covers and a slimmer tail project a sportier and more aggressive new image. Compact new LED front flashers are fully integrated into the restyled panels to give a lighter and more agile feel – and a unique new ‘T’ shaped LED rear light let’s everyone know that the TMAX is still in front!
Lightweight aluminium frame
The TMAX is equipped with a motorcycle type chassis featuring a lightweight aluminium twin-spar die-cast frame and long swingarm. The 560cc engine is mounted directly into the frame to give high levels of chassis rigidity for precise and agile handling performance. Nothing else feels so good when you’re riding on the highway or cruising around town.
Traction Control System & D-MODE
The TMAX is fully equipped with the most advanced electronics to give you the ultimate level of controllability. The Traction Control System helps to prevent wheel slip when you accelerate on loose or wet surfaces – and the 2-level D-MODE gives you the option of switching to smooth power delivery around town or more powerful and sporty performance on the open road.
